<b><i>Please contact your Account Executive for a resource who will help get carrier API's setup.</i></b>

Carrier API's are used within the platform to obtain package manifest details, shipping information, rates, tracking updates and proof of delivery documentation.  ParcelShield will need the owner (or user) of the carrier account to help setup APIs. 

A couple items to have available before going through setup steps are:

List of carriers and the account numbers used for shipping

Access to recent billing or invoice statements as you may be prompted for information off a document

Location and billing address for carrier account

User credentials to access to the carrier account and developer website

Start a secure email for your ParcelShield contact that can be used to transmit location, carrier account and API key information

Setting up API’s should take 20 to 30 minutes per carrier.
