Metric	Key Highlights
Total Package – All Packages received by ParcelShield for monitoring activities. This is based on tendered date.	On-Day Performance – Overall on day performance of all packages tendered and delivered for that period. This excludes package delivered outside the week identified as well as packaged with delivery dates outside of the period (Note: This includes all activities taken by ParcelShield)
ParcelShield Activities - Activities performed on behalf of customer	Total Worked Packages - Packages where we started a carrier or courier engagement process. Total At Risk Actions Taken Packages where we completed a carrier engagement action. (Reattempt Request, Customer pickup request, Address correction, etc.) Total Couriered Packages- Packages where we placed an order to our Courier Network.
Delayed Shipments – Number of packages not on day	Top Delay Reason – This the highest reason code as reported by the carrier
Communication - Communications made on behalf of customers	Number Communication made by ParcelShield on the customers behalf. The graph breaks down who was contacted by ParcelShield
Pre-Shipment Risk Identification - Identification of packages at risk of not being delivered on day	Pre-shipment Risk – This is the number of packages shipped into extreme risk zip codes. This does not include planner information unless we have an integration and correlation to actual shipments. The package included in pre-shipment risk are excluded from in-transit delay calculations. On-date Performance % - The percent of packages delivered on-day of packages identified at risk
In-Transit Risk Identification - Early identification of packages within transit delays	In-transit risk- number of packages identified as not likely to be delivered by the carrier, this information is based on carrier scans and the ParcelShield AI. On-date Performance % - The percent of packages delivered on-day of packages identified at risk
