At times, users may want to monitor the delivery of specific packages due to high package value or timely delivery is needed.  This list view will allow users to see view packages that have been added to their watch list. 

Use the Watching toggle to add the package to the Watch List

- Navigate to Package Details screen
- Use the Watching toggle to add the package to the Watch List

Packages will stay on the Watching List until the user updates the Watching toggle

Packages will be auto-removed 15 days after delivery OR 30 days after original schedule delivery date
