The Weekly Activity Report provides an executive view of key performance metrics including:
Total Packages
ParcelShield Activities
Delayed Shipments
Communication
Pre-Shipment Risk Identification
In-Transit Risk Identification
Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:
Week Ending – allows user to select date range for the report
Client – allows users to select all client (business unit) or a specific client (business unit)
Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location
To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.
Total Package
Shows all Packages received by ParcelShield for monitoring activities. This is based on tendered date
On-Date Performance
Shows overall on day performance of all packages tendered and delivered for that period. This excludes package delivered outside the week identified as well as packaged with delivery dates outside of the period (Note: This includes all activities taken by ParcelShield)
ParcelShield Activities
Shows count of packages ParcelShield works on behalf of customer included total worked packages, total at-risk action taken and total courier packages
Total Worked Packages - Packages where we started a carrier or courier engagement process
Total At Risk Actions Taken - Packages where we completed a carrier engagement action. (Reattempt Request, Customer pickup request, Address correction, etc.)
Total Couriered Packages - Packages where we placed an order to our Courier Network
Delayed Shipments
Shows count of delayed shipment and top reason for delays
Communication
Shows count of communications handled on behalf of customer and percentage of each communication type
Pre-Shipment Risk Identification
Identification of packages at risk of not being delivered on day
Pre-shipment Risk
Shows count of pre-ship risks identified and percentage of days that delivered late
In-Transit Risk Identification
Shows count of in-transit risk identification and percentage of days that delivered late
