This list view will allow users to see packages with delivery failures. The list includes any package that is not delivered and is 3 or more days past the original scheduled delivery date. These are typically packages that may be manifested but not shipped, labels that are voided and return to sender (shipper) packages. Packages remain on this list until there is a delivered scan.
