Ground Reports - Ground Shipment Issues

The Ground Shipment Issues report evaluates the relative performance of a shipping location and destinations. It provides the most common issue codes encountered by packages within the ground network, and shows the relationship between the number of stops a package makes versus on-date performance.

Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:

  • Date – allows user to select date range for the report

  • Carrier/Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific carriers and service levels

  • Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location

To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.
