What is the Deliveries Dashboard?
The deliveries dashboard allows users to have complete visibility to packages that are outbound or inbound. It shows where packages are throughout the journey. Users can toggle between outbound/inbound packages and also filter to a specific location if needed. Users will see packages for carriers that are configured.
Deliveries by Delivery Partner allows users to see the number of deliveries by carrier partner.
Packages by Status allows users to see the number of packages by carrier in different delivery states. Users can toggle between different timeframes including day and week. The difference between the At-Risk package count here and what is displayed in main navigation is that this will include packages that are manifest but not shipped.
Delivery Windows by Delivery Partner allows users to view calendar for a particular day or week. Users can hover over the carrier boxes to see additional information.
Manifest Report allows users to view/print a package manifest report to identify packages to be delivered.
