What is the Overview Performance Dashboard?
The real time overview dashboard allows users to have complete visibility key package performance metrics, deliveries by partner, environmental/risk maps and requests a user may be working on. Users can toggle between outbound and inbound packages.
The dashboard has five areas including:
Packages including total, undelivered, at risk, delivered, communications and events
Delivery windows by delivery partner that allows you to navigate to more details
Environmental risk map that allows you to navigate to a more detailed view
At-risk packages by state map that allows you to navigate to a more detailed view
Action and information requests tied to packages that allows you to navigate to a more detailed view
Total Packages
Total packages is the total of packages in flight for the day including undelivered, at risk and delivered.
Undelivered
Undelivered packages are packages that have not been and are not expected to be delivered.
At Risk
At Risk are packages that are at risk of not being delivered on time. This includes packages that are scheduled for delivery today and at risk of not being delivered, as well as packages that are already late and at risk of not being delivered.
Delivered
Delivered packages are packages that have already been delivered.
Communications
Number of communications (phone calls) made on behalf of a customer.
Events
Total number of packages (scan) events for the day.
Updated
Most recent time the real-time dashboard was updated.
