The platform receives package data from multiple data sources including secure FTP site and through API integrations. Sometimes, a package may need to be added manually. To add a package, follow the steps below.
Click on +Add Package
To start the process, click on the +Add Package button.
Add Package Details
Follow the prompts on the screens to enter the package details, pick-up location information and delivery information. Populate as much detail as possible to help with the delivery of the package. Users may see some different fields for commercial shipments. Once all information has been populated, click on the Confirm button.
Confirmation of Package Added
Once the Confirm button has been clicked, users will see a Package Added confirmation at the top of their screen.
