The Origin Location Comparison report provides an overview of the total volumes shipped and performance by zone and over time. The report provides key metrics around package volumes by carrier, service level, issue codes, by state, and reships. This report provides the ability to compare performance by shipping by location. The report contains filters at the top, key performance metrics and performance charts.
Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:
Date – allows user to select date range for the report to evaluate
Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location
Refrigerated – allows users to select ALL, Yes or No for packages to view
Signature Required – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages
Reship – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages
Zone – allows user to select ALL or specific zones
Carrier – allows users to select All or specific carriers
Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific service levels
To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.
Key Metric Boxes
Total Package Shipped – count of packages shipped
Packages Delivered on Date – count and percentage of packaged delivered on date
Packages Delivered on Late – count and percentage of packaged delivered on late
Package Value / % of Value Estimated – Value of packages shipped and percentage of packages for which value is estimated
Weekly Volume by Zone
Package volume shipped into different zones by carrier from a location over a period of time
First Issue Code
Count and percentage of first issue codes for packages shipped from a specific location
Last Issue Code
Count and percentage of last issue codes for packages shipped from a specific location
Performance by Destination State
Carrier performance by destination state when shipped from a specific location
Reships by Category
Count and percentage of reships by category reason when shipped from a specific location
The carrier zones are:
Zone 1: 0-50 miles
Zone 2: 51-150 miles
Zone 3: 151-300 miles
Zone 4: 301-600 miles
Zone 5: 601-1,000 miles
Zone 6: 1,001-1,400 miles
Zone 7: 1,401-1,800 miles
Zone 8: 1,801+ miles
