Advanced Reports - Carrier Performance Scorecard

The Carrier Performance Scorecard provides key metrics around package delivery and performance. The information includes package volumes, performance, and metrics around on-day delivery performance by state and also issue code distribution over time. The report contains filters at the top, key performance metrics and performance charts.

Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:

  • Date – allows user to select date range for the report to evaluate

  • Carrier/Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific carriers and service levels

  • Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location

  • Refrigerated – allows users to select ALL, Yes or No for packages to view

  • Signature Required – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages

  • First Issue Code – allows user to select ALL or specific issue codes

  • First Transit Stage – allows user to select ALL or specific transit stages

  • Last Issue Code – allows user to select ALL or specific issue codes

  • Last Transit Stage – allows user to select ALL or specific transit stages

To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.

Key Metric Boxes

  • Total Packages Shipped – count of packages shipped

  • Packages Delivered On Date – count and percentage of packages delivered on date

  • Packages Not Delivered Late – count and percentage of packages not delivered on date

  • Package Value and % of Value Estimated – total package value and % of estimated value

Shows trend over time of first issue code as part of delivery process

Shows count and percentage of first issue codes associated with packages

Shows count and percentage of last issue codes associated with packages
