Users can search for a package using tracking number, order number, recipient name, address, purchase order number, zip code and carrier reference fields. To search for a package, start by clicking on Search in the navigation area.
Next, enter the full tracking number, order number or other information in the search box to find the package you're looking for. The information that matches your search criteria will be highlighted. From here, users can click on the specific packages to see further details.
