Packages - List

This list view includes a list of all packages. Users can leverage filters to narrow the list of packages to view on the page. Or, users can click on a specific tracking number to see all the details for a package.

At the top of the page, users can manually add a package to be monitored and tracked.

Filters are included at the top of the page to narrow down the list of packages to view. Filters include:

Filter Name

Description

View

Filter list by package delivery statuses including:

  • All

  • Action Required

  • Escalated

  • At-risk

  • No-risk

  • Pending Action Request

  • Pending Information Request

  • Undelivered

  • Pre-transit

  • In-transit

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered

  • Courier Network

Active Today

Filter list based on delivery status and date:

  • Yes - packages that were delivered today or undelivered and in transit or out for delivery (pre-transit packages are excluded)

  • No - packages that were delivered before today (within last 2 years)

  • All - undelivered and delivered packages, including pre-transit (delivered within last 2 years)

Filter list for delivery partner and/or service level

Late

Filter by late status

Risk

Filter by risk description

Temp Requirement

Filter by package temp requirement

Filter for manifested date range

Click on the Details icon will display a package details screen that looks similar to the below. Depending on where the package is in the journey, there may be an actions to take.

Additional columns can be selected for the List view page by clicking on the Columns drop down.
