The Issue Code dashboard provides information on issues that occur with the packages during the package journey. The dashboard provides insights into the most frequent issues that occur over a period and their distribution across different states and days of the week. Note that the report displays distinct packages, and so if a package experiences the same issue code multiple times it is counted once towards that issue code and totals.
Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:
Issue Code – allows user to select all issue codes or specific ones
Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or specific location(s)
Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific carrier service levels
Tendered Date – allows users to select date range the package was tendered to the carrier
To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.
