The Package Type dashboard provides information on packages based on package type characteristics, including refrigeration status, signature required status, and package value. Data provided includes package volume over time, package volume by tendered day of week, experienced issues by transit stage, and package on-date performance by geographic region.
Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:
Refrigerated – allows users to select ALL, Yes or No for packages to view
Signature Required – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages
Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or specific location(s)
Package Value – allows user to input package values to view in the report
Tendered Date – allows users to select date range the package was tendered to the carrier
To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.
Key Metric Boxes
Total Packages – count of packages based on the tendered date range
Total Packages Late – count of late packages delivered late
Total Packages On-Day – count of packaged delivered on date
Pre-Transit Issue Packages –count of pre-transit packages with pre-transit issues
In-Transit Issue Packages – count of in-transit packages with pre-transit issues
Destination Issue Packages - count of destination packages with pre-transit issues

Shows weekly package type (service level) over a period of time
Tendered Day of the Week
Shows packages delivered late or on-day based on tendered day of week
Transit State Trend
Shows transit state counts by key transit issues by day of week
