Standard Reports - Lost Packages

The Lost Packages report provides an overview of packages identified as lost, whether they were found, days late, and estimated package value. The report contains filters at the top, key performance metrics and performance charts.

Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:

  • Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location

  • Carrier/Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific carriers and service levels

  • Tendered Date – allows users to select date range the package was tendered to the carrier

  • Refrigerated – allows users to select ALL, Yes or No for packages to view

  • Signature Required – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages

To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.

Key Metric Boxes

  • Total Package Shipped – count of packages shipped

  • Packages With A LST Issue – count and percentage of packages with a lost issue code

  • LST Packages Found – count and percentage of lost packages that were found

  • LST Packages Found: Late By Average Days – Average number of days late after lost package were found
