Standard Reports - Manifested Not Shipped

The Manifested Not Shipped report provides an overview of all total packages manifested, whether they became a physical package, and impact to on-day delivery over time. The report contains filters at the top, key performance metrics and performance charts.

Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:

  • Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location

  • Carrier/Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific carriers and service levels

  • Tendered Date – allows users to select date range the package was tendered to the carrier

  • Refrigerated – allows users to select ALL, Yes or No for packages to view

  • Signature Required – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages

  • Physical Package – allows user to select All, Yes or No for packages

To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.

Key Metric Boxes

  • Total Package Manifested – count of packages manifested

  • Packages with an MNS Issue – count and percentage of packages with a manifest not shipped issue

  • MNS Packages that turned into Physical Packages – count and percentage of packages that were a manifest not shipped but turned into a physical package

MNS Packages

Shows volume of manifest not shipped packages and percentage of manifest not shipped packages that turned into physical packages over a period of time

Details Tab

Shows package level details of the manifested not shipped packages and allows users to export packages
