Standard Reports - Summary

The Summary report provides an overview of the issue types that packages encounter throughout the parcel delivery journey. The report contains filters at the top, key performance metrics and performance charts.

Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:

  • Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location

  • Carrier/Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific carriers and service levels

  • Tendered Date – allows users to select date range the package was tendered to the carrier

  • Refrigerated – allows users to select ALL, Yes or No for packages to view

  • Signature Required – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages

To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.

Key Metric Boxes

  • Total Package Shipped – count of packages shipped

  • Packages Delivered on-Date – count and percentage of packages delivered on date

  • Packages Not Delivered On-Date – count and percentage of packages not delivered on date

  • Packages With An Issue – count and percentage of packages that experienced an issue during package journey (these packages can still be delivered on-date)

Volume & On-Date Performance

Shows trend lines for total packages shipped over time and the percentage of packages delivered on date over time

Top Issue Codes

Shows the top carrier issue codes packages have received during the package journey

% Delivered On Date by Issue Code

Shows percentage of packages delivered on date with issue codes from highest to lowest percentage
