The Volume report provides an overview of the total volume shipped. The report provides metrics around package volumes by carrier, service level and package attributes. The report contains filters at the top, key performance metrics and performance charts.
Filters at the top of the report allows users to control how data is presented in the report. The filters include:
Client/Location – allows users to select all locations or a specific location
Carrier/Service Level – allows users to select ALL or specific carriers and service levels
Tendered Date – allows users to select date range the package was tendered to the carrier
Refrigerated – allows users to select ALL, Yes or No for packages to view
Signature Required – allows user to select ALL, Yes or No for packages
To the right of filters, uses can use group data by day, week or month.
Key Metric Boxes
Total Package Manifested – count of packages manifested
Refrigerated Packages – count and percentage of manifested packages with refrigerated attribute
Signature Required Packages – count and manifested percentage of packages with signature required

Shows trend lines for volume shipped through different Carriers over a period of time
Volume by Service Type
Shows trend lines for volume shipped through different Carrier Service levels over a period of time
